Joe is a marketing strategist, brand expert, and prolific content creator who’s written broadly about best practices in adtech marketing. He’s designed brand narratives and marketing strategies for dozens of adtech companies, and he’s known as an advocate for executive evangelism — empowering adtech CEOs to be the chief evangelists for their firms. Joe also co-hosts the Open Market podcast with adtech VC Eric Franchi. Joe was a trade journalist and academic before starting Sharp Pen. He earned his BA at Brown and PhD at Cornell.

Jen is a strategic communications consultant, entrepreneur, and educator with a background spanning PR, social media, and content marketing. She has led campaigns for national and international companies across tech, wellness, CPG, and B2B, with placements in outlets including Forbes, Business Insider, AdWeek, and MSNBC. Jen's been in adtech for over 10 years. She earned her BA in Communications and Exercise and Sports Science from Ursinus College and her MA in Public Relations from Rowan University.

He has 15 years of adtech expertise and deep experience with ad trades. Bill had a long career as a journalist and book editor before shifting to communications, working with top business and technology journalists at Wired and the Industry Standard. He earned a BA at Harvard and a masters in journalism at UC Berkeley.
